Перед нанесением штукатурку необходимо тщательно перемешать, так как при хранении возможно расслоение продукта. Допускается разбавление штукатурки водой в количестве не более 5% от массы материала.

Наносить штукатурку тёркой из нержавеющей стали под углом 60° к поверхности, толщина слоя должна соответствовать размеру зерна штукатурки.В течение 25-35 минут (зависит от температуры и влажности) после нанесения (материал перестанет прилипать к инструменту), сформировать необходимую фактуру с помощью пластиковой тёрки. Пластиковую тёрку нужно держать параллельно поверхности и формировать фактуру лёгкими движениями, без нажима.

«Камешковую» фактуру формируют мелкими круговыми движениями терки, направленными в одну сторону, как правило, против часовой стрелки.
В случае необходимости в прекращении работы, по границе штукатурного слоя приклеивают малярную ленту, которую необходимо снять до затвердевания штукатурки. Для получения однородной фактуры следует обеспечить достаточное количество работников на каждом уровне лесов и соединение захваток между соседними уровнями выполнять методом «мокрое по мокрому».

Декоративную штукатурку после нанесения в первые 2-3 суток следует защищать от воздействия прямых солнечных лучей, ветра и дождя. Рекомендуется при таких условиях закрыть строительные леса специальной сеткой или пленкой, на здании установить водоотливы. Не допускать замораживания и пересыхания. Внутреннюю отделку следует выполнять только в хорошо проветриваемых помещениях, а после окончания работ поддерживать циркуляцию воздуха до полного высыхания покрытия.

Для окрашивания поверхности декоративной штукатурки рекомендуется использовать акриловые, силиконовые или силикатные краски. Окрашивание производится не ранее, чем через 3-5 суток, в зависимости от условий окружающей среды.
Возможна колеровка с помощью колеровочных паст на водной основе, обладающих высокой свето- и атмосферостойкостью, в соответствии с NCS, RAL и другими колеровочными системами.
В зависимости от условия нанесения, а также фактуры окрашиваемой поверхности реальные оттенки цветов могут немного отличаться от представленных в цветовом каталоге. Рекомендуется вводить не более 5% колера, поскольку его передозировка отрицательно влияет на прочность и технологичность нанесения покрытия. Во избежание разнотона рекомендуется на одной поверхности использовать продукт одной производственной партии (№ партии указывается на каждой упаковке) или предварительно смешать материалы разных партий в пропорции 1:1, технология нанесения должна оставаться неизменной. Ответственность за результат колеровки несет организация, выполняющая колеровку. Перед применением необходимо выполнить пробное нанесение и проверить высохшее покрытие на соответствие цвету. Грунтовку «Bergauf FACADE GRUNT» рекомендуется применять в цвете, близком к цвету используемой штукатурки. Применение на фасадах материалов интенсивных или темных цветов с коэффициентом отражения менее 25% должно быть ограничено небольшими поверхностями, занимающими не более 10% фасада, например, отдельными архитектурными деталями.

!!! Запрещено работать при атмосферных осадках, тумане, а также мокрым поверхностям после дождя и при температуре ниже +5°С и выше + 35°С.

Работы следует выполнять в средствах индивидуальной защиты рук, глаз и дыхательных путей. Использовать в хорошо проветриваемых помещениях. Не сливать в канализацию.

При соблюдении условий гарантийный срок хранения в закрытой заводской упаковке составляет 12 месяцев со дня изготовления. Хранить и транспортировать в плотно закрытой таре при температуре не менее +5° С и не более +30° С. Следуе т предохранять ведро с продуктом от чрезмерного нагрева и избегать хранение под прямым солнечным светом.

Допускается 5-кратное замораживание общей продолжительностью не более трех недель при температуре не ниже минус 20°С
